LABC is the membership organisation for all local authority building control teams in England and Wales, providing accredited training, QMS and technical guidance. The BSCF provides competence validation assessments for the building control profession and has achieved Independent Assessment Scheme (IAS) status for the Registration of Building Inspectors (RBI’s) following approval by the Building Safety Regulator.
