4.1.2 Any tickets left in the basket at the time of the discount offers being amended

5. CABE will not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the removal or amendment of
any discount offers or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the

6. In the event that a request for a refund is deemed valid as per our Events terms and
conditions, then if applicable, any financial benefit you have received as part of these

Richard is a recognised expert in the area of onsite wastewater treatment and provides a complete site suitability assessment, treatment system design, and certification of installation for onsite wastewater treatment systems throughout Ireland. Richard has been Chair of the CABE Membership and Professional Standards Committee (MPSC) since its inception in 2019 as well as member of the Southern Ireland Region committee of CABE.
