Tori James likes a challenge. An adventurer and thrill-seeker with a fascination for snow and ice, she became the youngest ever British female (at twenty five) to climb Mount Everest. She also led the first ever all-female team to complete The Polar Challenge, a gruelling 360 mile race to the Magnetic North Pole.
